Each meal comes in a 24oz portion, sealed for freshness and convenience.
Are your meals fresh or frozen?
All meals are delivered fresh and ready to heat, never frozen.
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
Meals are fully cooked, simply microwave for 2–3 minutes or heat in the oven until warm.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them for longer shelf life.
Delivery
When will my meals be delivered?
Order by Thursday 11:59PM every week to get your fresh deliveries on Sunday between 10 AM - 2PM or 2PM - 5PM
